General terms and conditions of rental
Arrival
Arrival at the end of the afternoon or the beginning of the evening for the handing over of the keys and inventory of fixtures.
Departure
Departure in the early morning with exit inventory.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
40% deposit required to block the reservation and one month before your arrival full payment by bank transfer or check.
We will draw up a rental contract.
A security deposit of 2000€ will also be requested (by check not debited). It will be returned within one month after your departure if there is no observed dispute.
This house is our main residence, thank you for taking care of it as much as we do.
Please be careful.
We have excellent relations with our neighbours, thank you for doing everything so that we keep them ;-) respecting for example a certain peace of mind during the night and naps.
On your arrival we will establish an inventory with the description of the house and its equipment. So there are no bad surprises!
Check with your insurance to be covered during your stay by "holiday insurance" (extension of home insurance).
You may be held liable for any damage caused to the vacation rental during your stay.
Damaged equipment must be replaced.
If there is any problem, do not hesitate to tell us about it.
We are here for that too :-)
